Tenant's Guide
At SG Lettings LTD, we realise that the key to a successful tenancy is a happy tenant, and therefore aim to provide a service to tenants that is second to none.
We can help you find your next home, arrange for all the tenancy documentation to be signed, organise rent payments, and make the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. Our experienced staff will be on hand at all times to answer any questions you may have about any aspect of the lettings process.
Our key priority is to provide good quality properties to the market, and we work very closely with our Landlords to ensure that all properties are properly maintained and meet with the current safety legislation.
Prospective tenants can register on our database to enable us to match you to the most suitable property.
Existing tenants have access to a member of staff at all times, including a 24/7 Emergency Helpline to deal with any out of hours issues that may arise.
Our Tenant Fees are £55 per applicant / £75 per couple. If a guarantor is required then the fee is also £55.00.
Please note that you are required to be 18 to take a tenancy with SG Lettings.
